Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
• Original tags and packaging are intact.
• The product is not customized or personalized.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Washed or used garments
• Products without tags
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once the returned product passes quality inspection:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method

Return Shipping

• For defective or incorrect products: Mellow Nest bears the shipping cost.
• For change-of-mind returns: Customer bears the return shipping cost.
